Sign-up as many team members as you want and improve your odds of winning. Have your Team Captain contact us with your Team Name. Individual members will select your Team Name from the Pull-Down Menu in the Team Registration field.

We have three hours for participants to complete your LIVE 5K. START Waves go every three (3) minutes.
- Review the route in advance, and know the course!
- Remain socially distanced as you approach the Check-In Tent.
- Remain socially distanced as you approach the START Corral.
- Listen for instructions.
- Only 5 people in the START Corral at a time.
