Our Mission - Cancellation Update

Registered participants should have received and email link recently offering the options of a full refund, a partial (50%) refund, or donating their entry to the Fox Cares Foundation.

Since we started Bike to the Beat in 2016 it was our mission to give funds back to local non-profits in our communities. Fox Cares Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) which supports hunger, homelessness and the arts manages the allocation of these monies. Over the past four years this has resulted in over $180,000 given back to support our communities! And this is all due to you, our Bike to the Beat riders.

For the past two years, as the popularity of our ride has increased, we have been able to donate back to the community over $52,000 in 2018 and then again over $56,000 in 2019. This year we were on track to match and possibly surpass the 2019 amount. We are hoping with your help and Fox Communities Credit Union’s, we will be able to bring in the $50,000 for 2020.

2021 Shirts

To be sure that you receive the participant t-shirt size requested, you must register by July 20, 2020. We'll be placing our final participant t-shirt order the morning of July 21, 2020. We do order a limited amount of extra shirts, based on our expected forecast of participants, but cannot guarantee your shirt size if you register late. If you register after July 20, 2020, you will have the ability to choose from shirt sizes per availability, after the ride (in the packet pick-up tent), on a first-come/first-served basis, until that size is gone. If your size is gone, you will be able to select from the other sizes available until those are gone.
