When you register for the YMCA Turkey Trot, you’re signing up for more than just a race. You’re helping your neighbors in need during their most difficult times. 100% of the proceeds from the Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot go towards scholarships for families in our community. And this year, you can trot wherever you are!

Proceeds from the Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot benefit diverse programs of the Y that are strengthening our community including preschool and afterschool care, water safety and swim lessons, day and overnight camp, youth sports, health programs and more.

*Notice: If the Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot in-person event is not allowed to take place, all Timed, Untimed, and Gobbler Trot registrations will be transferred to the virtual Trot at Home option. Your participant gifts will be available for pick up at one of our branch locations and no refunds or credits will be issued. A portion of your registration fee will be a charitable donation.

Overall and age division awards will not be presented for the virtual race.

All participants will receive the traditional race t-shirt (while supplies last).

Medals will be available for al timed runners.

Although not required, we encourage you to use the free RaceJoy mobile app to track your race and report your result for an optimal race experience. RaceJoy provides an interactive race experience where you can track your progress or show your support for someone else who is running!

To get started:
- Download the free app through iTunes or Google Play
- Search for “Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot” in the search bar
- Select “I WANT TO BE TRACKED” and follow instructions
- You will need your bib number to enable RaceJoy. This is your Transaction Number, which can be be found through your GetMeRegistered confirmation email.
- Supporters can also download the app and use it to track your run and even send you cheers!
- At the conclusion of your race, you will have the option to send in your result or decline and try again at another time

As a virtual participant, you get to choose the location and time of day that works best for you! We will also release a few certified courses closer to race day.

No registrations will be allowed on race day. Registration will occur online only through 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 24 or until the capacity has been reached, whichever comes first.
