Pace Requirements

Full Marathon must maintain a 15 minute per mile pace.

Half Marathon must maintain a 17 minute per mile pace.

5K must maintain a 20 minute per mile pace.
(The Full/Half Marathon will have a 15 minute grace period at the start.)
