Benefiting Samaritan Patient Support Program

Hosted by Samaritan Foundations in partnership with SamFit, the Samaritan Walk Run Roll benefits the Samaritan Health Services Patient Support Program. The Patient Support Program helps patients who have demonstrated financial need to promote equal access to care. Currently 486 community members are benefiting from the program through assistance with expenses such as medical bills, transportation, prescriptions, nutritional supplements and groceries. In 2019, the program distributed $45,000 in assistance in Benton, Lincoln and Linn counties.
