Participating in a virtual race is a great way to motivate and encourage one another, building our sense of community, while we cannot come together at a typical running event. Join to commemorate Independence Day and show your support for one of the following hardworking nonprofit organizations: - Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Charitable Service Trust - Eugene Family YMCA - Equal Justice Initiative - Habitat For Humanity - Lane County Legal Aid. Prioritize your health by staying active and participating in an event that directly benefits some incredible organizations.</p>

<p class="information">Encourage your family and friends to sign up with you as a team, agree on a time to run and then share your success with one another in the official Freedom Frolic Facebook Group. Join us as we unite to support one another and honor healthcare heroes, first responders + service members. <p class="information">1. REGISTER FOR YOUR VIRTUAL RACE Sign up online -- choose your distance and the cause you want to support with your run. Each race package contains a unique race bib, a custom event shirt + a finisher�s medal. You are contributing to a cause with a portion of your registration donated to a great nonprofit organization. 2. RACE PACKET Your bib, shirt and medal will be shipped to you after you sign up. You do not have to wait for your bib to arrive to complete your race. Join the Freedom Frolic Facebook Group, where you can connect with other participants and upload photos of you + your race swag! 3. RUN You choose the date to complete your virtual race anytime between July 3 and July 5th, at your own pace and wherever you like. Snap a few photos to share later! We want to build our sense of community, positivity and togetherness in a time when we cannot come together in person at a typical running event. 4. SEND YOUR RESULTS Submit your finish time (and optional photos) on our results platform. Once results are finalized, you will have access to your printable finisher certificate from the Freedom Frolic Results Website. 5. TAKE PHOTOS WITH YOUR MEDAL & SHARE YOUR RACE WITH US We would love to hear about your race. Once you are registered, we invite you to join the private Freedom Frolic Facebook Group to share your photos/ videos/ awesomeness + engage with fellow participants.
