The NCMC Foundation, along with the CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado at NCMC will host the 23rd Annual NCMC Turkey Trot VIRTUALLY the week of Thanksgiving November 22-29, 2020.

Now in its 23rd year, the NCMC Turkey Trot has become apart of many Northern Colorado residents’ Thanksgiving tradition.

Proceeds from the NCMC Turkey Trot benefit the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs at North Colorado Medical Center.

Open to participants of all ages and abilities, the NCMC Turkey Trot is the perfect way to spend time with friends and family, promote cardiovascular and pulmonary health awareness, support local patients and work off those pre-holiday treats!

-Choose your scenic 5k or 2K course using apps such as strava.com runkeeper.com or map my run
-Upload your course and race times after completion at FLTResults.com
-Post pictures of your race
-Print your finishers certificate

Participants can chart their own 5K Turkey Trot or 2K Gobbler Trek by utilizing websites such as www.strava.com, www.runkeeper.com or phone apps such as Map My Run. After completion of your race visit FLTtiming.com to enter your times and share pictures!

Race Timing will be done by Timberline Events LLC | Finish Line Timing (www.FLTiming.com). Simply run/walk or trot your designated race distance and log your times and share your selfies with us at finish line timing.
