Practice Day and Times |
Beginners will be practicing Sundays from 4:00-5:30 pm.
Competitive Club members will be practicing on Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m.-7:30, and Sundays from 4-5:30p.m. (Practice will NOT be held for this group if they compete in a meet on Saturday)
Field Event practice will be held on Tuesday from 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Middle and high school athletes are welcome to join practice on the competitive days or when their school season of track and field ends.
A full meet schedule will be posted at the beginning of March.
Iowa Speed is hosting a meet on May 9, 2020, in Iowa City.
Cedar Rapids Track Club home meet is May 24, 2020, at Mount Mercy University.
USATF state meet is June 20th and 21st in Ames, Iowa.
