Fall Marathon Training Program
Programs for Full and Half Marathons - Your Choice

Prepare For Quad Cities Marathon as well as other Fall marathons.

In partnership with Quad Cities Marathon, sponsored by Frontline Spine and Sport, and coordinated by Cornbelt Running Club

Beginning Sunday, June 7, 2020
$30 Fee Per Participant
Fee includes a 16 -20 week on-line training program supervised by certified coach Russ Hart and other experienced runners. Training schedules and on-line access to coaches will be included but no organized group runs will be included unless national, state, and local restrictions are lifted. A quality specially designed technical training shirt is included in the price. Other runner perks may be included if possible. Participants also receive a discount towards the entry fee for the Quad Cities Marathon ​normal entry.

OPTIONS: Beginners and veterans are welcome and both pace based and heart rate based training schedules will be offered.

Runners of all abilities are welcome, though you should be able to complete 5-8 miles on June 7th, with longer runs thereafter.

Please, no partial program fee requests.

Registrants will be invited to join a private on-line (Facebook) group after joining the training group. Weekly updates and group announcements will be via the group page.

Registrants receive a discount at Running Wild during paid training program.
