About the Camp |
The George Fox Elite Hitting Camp is designed to help high school hitters develop the skills to become a complete threat at the plate. Players will receive instruction on hitting mechanics, strength and speed development, mental game, and developing an effective approach. Along with great instruction players will get access to the Hitting Rapsodo, video analysis, and other technology used consistently by the GFU players.
