Race For Hope

Due to Covid-19, leadership from Sioux City SCHEELS and the June E. Nylen Cancer Center have made the decision to cancel the 23rd Annual Race for Hope.This includes the 5K and 10K races, as well as all youth events on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Adams Homestead and Nature Preserve.

Race Day Schedule

The schedule for race day will be as follows:

8:00 AM - Packet Pickup
8:30 AM - Opening Ceremony
8:45 AM - 10K Run
9:00 AM - 5K Run/Walk
10:00 AM - Awards Ceremony & Sponsors Recognition

 Packet Pickup

There will be a Packet Pickup on Friday, September 11th from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
at SCHEELS (4400 Sergeant Road).
We strongly encourage you to pick up your packet and shirt (if registered by 8/31) on this day if possible.

If not, race day packet pickup will begin at 800 AM by the shelter house at Adams Nature Preserve.

NOTE:
No race day registrations will be accepted, you must register by 5:00 PM on September 13th!

 Parking

All parking will be located on the back side of the homestead, behind Adams, along Suncoast Drive.
Please follow the signs and volunteers directing you to parking.

HANDICAP PARKING ONLY will be available at Adams Nature Preserve Visitors Center.
