Run on your own, on a treadmill or track or a hiker/biker path! Run anywhere in the world. Pick your time and go. Make it fun. Time your run/walk. Receive a certificate and a shirt. Awards will not be given out this year. You will be contacted with further details after submitting your registration. For individuals who register prior to 4 PM Central Time on April 18, you will receive an email from noreply@mtecresults.com with instructions for submitting your results the evening of April 18. For those who register after 4 PM Central on April 18, you will receive an email from noreply@mtecresults.com with instructions for submitting your results the evening of May 1. All results must be submitted by 6 PM Central time on Sunday May 3.
