7-Leg Multi Sport Relay Leg Descriptions |
Only one team member will complete each leg of the relay. All divisions, except for Open Unlimited, require a single rider on bicycle and single paddler on kayak/ canoe/ stand up paddle board. Please note: Motorized craft (motorized bikes, scooters, boats, etc.) are not allowed in this event.
