This year's knit beanie is our favorite yet. Paying homage to a classic holiday movie, we know you'll love them.

However, we've struggled since October 17th to get them cleared from US Customs to be in Des Moines by our expected delivery date of November 5th.
After countless phone calls and some sleepless nights, we received news this past Saturday that they had been cleared and are headed our way! We know how important it is to deliver an incredible experience to our runners and we're all hoping to see a start line full of Turkey Trot hats on race morning.

*Yet, if the hats do not arrive in time to distribute for packet pick-up here is our plan:*

1. If the hats arrive after packet pick-up begins on Tuesday, all hats will be handed out in the finish line chute following the race.

2. If the hats arrive after the event is completed they will be available for pick up from 12:00 noon on Friday, November 29th - 6:00pm Sunday, December 1st at the downtown *lululemon* store for those that want them right away. Their address is 219 E Grand Ave Suite 108, Des Moines, Iowa 50309. You can pick up hats for any registered runner that has not claimed theirs.

3. Any hats not picked up will be mailed the following week to the address entered when you registered for the event. This will also include any extra hats that were purchased during registration.

Proceeds from the event will help to fund our Thanksgiving Community Meal being held after the event.
