· The use of helmets during the bike portion of the event is required

· No cycling in the transition zones, you must get off your bike and walk in and out of the transition zones

· Drafting, or cycling directly behind another participant is prohibited

· No pets or children allowed on the event course or in the transition zone

· Headphone use is strongly discouraged during the event
