FUZZ BUTT STRUT VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
You must sign this waiver stating that your dog’s vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian are CURRENT and that you acknowledge to hold full responsibility for your dog. This waiver holds you (the owner) liable in the event of an incident. We recommend that you contact your veterinarian regarding other vaccinations that may suit your dog’s needs.
REQUIRED VACCINATIONS
Rabies - given annually, but sometimes can be a three-year schedule. DHLP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Para in¬fluenza) - all given annually, sometimes referred to as the Combo Vaccination, especially when it includes Parvo. Parvo - given annually, many times this is included in the DHLP and indicated as DHLPP. Bordetella - given either every six months or annually. Sometimes referred to as: Kennel Cough OR Tracheobronchitis.
ADDITIONAL OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
All dogs must be leashed (retractable leashes must be locked) and licensed. Fuzz Butt Strut organizers reserve the right to deny any dog or human entrance to the Fuzz Butt Strut event for any reason they may see fit. Participants are expected to practice responsible pet ownership. Please come prepared to clean up after your dog.

Registrants can pick up their packets and t-shirts the morning of the walk at Roosevelt Park starting at 8 am. Walk begins at 8:30 am CST.
