T-shirts will be guaranteed to participants registered by August 5th, 2019.

Winners will be posted on the Regina website. Winners who DO NOT pick up awards at the award ceremony can pick them up in the Regina Public Relations Office. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE A SECTION OF THE FORM AND PAY THE APPROPRIATE FEE FOR EACH RUN / WALK IN WHICH THEY PARTICIPATE (e.g., if you participate in the 1 Mile AND the 5k, you must pay for and receive a different number for each). This is due to our new recording and timing system where you may only participate in the runs / walks indicated on the form. 1M: Start at the Regina hitting facility. Run down the entrance to First Ave. Take the first entrance into Hickory Hill park. Run through the Park (it will be marked with people there to assist you) to the Regina campus. People will assist you to the hill up to the softball field, soccer practice field, track, and back to the Hitting Facility where we have the finish line.

5K: Start at the Regina hitting facility. Run down the entrance to Frist Ave. Take a left to Scott Blvd. Take Scott to Dodge and take a left. Dodge to the road that is the entrance to Hickory Hill – take a left. Take this road to the entrance of the park and veer right to the trail into the park. Run Hickory Hill trail (it will be marked with people there to assist you) to the Regina campus. People will assist you to the hill up to the softball field, track, and back to the Hitting Facility where we will have the finish line.

Trophies awarded to overall male and female winners. Medals awarded to 1st in each age group. All students will receive a ribbon.

1 Mile: 6 & under; 7-8; 9-10; 11-12; 13-16; 17 & up

5K: 9 & under; 10-15; 16-20; 21-25; 26-30; 31-35; 36-40; 41-50; 51-60, 61+
