The Team RunFree ‘Miles of Smiles’ 5K supports Team RunFree’s adaptive running program for those who are physically unable to run. Funds raised from this event will help Team RunFree purchase a box truck to store and transport race carts to and from each race venue. We also anticipate purchasing more adaptive run carts ($850 - $4200 each).

Runners and walkers are welcome. Custom made medals will be awarded by gender/age group.
All participants will receive a Team RunFree coffee mug and a post-race BBQ pulled pork dinner. A great post-race concert featuring Hired Guns will begin shortly after 6 p.m.

Friday, June 7th: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lincoln Savings Bank ( 312 Nile Kinnick Drive in Adel).
Saturday, June 8th: 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Lincoln Savings Bank (parking lot)

$30 at packet pick-up and walk-up registration on race day. (Cash or check)
