Please do not park on course. Parking can be congested around the park.
Port-a-Pots will be available at the start line area.
Water will be available at the start and along the course at the water stations. LOCHMEAD/DARI-MART will provide juice, oranges and chocolate milk for participants at the finish line.
Results will be available at the awards ceremony at 9:30am. Complete results will be posted at the park, online at www.ScandiaRun.com and www.EclecticEdgeRacing.com.

Put together 5 or more runners to compete as a team. Both races have open and business divisions. Complete rules and team form are posted at www.ScandiaRun.com -Prizes for top teams.

Course |
The 10 kilometer race starts at 8am. Course is flat, fast and USATF certified. Course is an out and back with a loop in the middle.
No motor vehicles. No Dogs. Baby strollers are discouraged.
SCANDIA 5K Run will start 15 minutes after the 10K at 8:15am, Walk will start at 8:20am. USATF Certified.
SCANDIA JR 400m run starts at 7:45am. 400m race for young runners not ready to run a 5k. Easy out and back course. No Awards or results. Kids receive a t-shirt & Dari Mart drinks.

Age group awards are sponsored by LOCHMEAD/DARI-MART and will be given to the top three men and women in 14 age divisions in both the 10k & 5K. Top three awards to wheelchair racers
USATF AWARDS - will be available for 10k age groups. Must be USATF member - Road Race Series 10k champion race.
Drawing for prizes from local Junction City businesses, will be available at 9am at the registration area.

Valley South Athletic Club is a registered non-profit organization. Proceeds help the Junction City High School Track and Cross Country programs and the Junction City Local Aid programs.
