10K Race Start Time is 7:30 AM; 5K starts at 7:35 a.m.

Start and Finish next to the Grandstand at the Illinois State Fair, Springfield, IL.
Everyone must enter the Fairgrounds through Gate 8, off 5th Street, on the west side of the grounds. Additional gates may be open (TBA); follow signage on race day.

Abe's Amble 5K route begins and ends at the Illinois State Fairgrounds by the grandstand.

Race day registration:
$40 race day registration and packet pick up will be available on 8/18/19 from 6:15 - 7:15 AM. at the Illinois State Fairgrounds Pork Pavilion across from the grandstand.

All participants are responsible for packet pick up at the designated times.

Dri-fit Moisture-wicking t-shirts are guaranteed for the first 600 registrants!

Shirts are gender specific.
Women's shirts are fitted and may fit smaller than your normal size.

Important Note:
If you wish to not have a women's fitted shirt please select the appropriate male/unisex shirt size you will need.

5k run:

Awards for top 3 in following in age groups:
1-14, 15-19, 20 -24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
