The Resolution Run includes a 10K, 5K, and 1K Cub Run.
The 10K begins at 10:00 AM followed by the 5K at 10:05 AM and the 1K at 11:15 AM.
Runners and walkers are welcome!

This flat and fast course starts at Maple Grove School.
Water stops are provided every 1.5 miles.

Registration includes a finisher medal, race tech t-shirt (guaranteed by if signed up before 12/21/18), goodie bag, and a post-party, featuring refreshments, award ceremony, music, and beer to be redeemed at Northwood Public House or Playmakers Bar & Grill

THE POLAR BEAR SLIDE
If you are feeling BOLD, drop to your bathing suit and take a run down the cold slip-n-slide!
Please steer clear of zippers and other clothing details that might snag.

After running the Polar Bear Slide, take a warm plunge into a hot tub from Arctic Spas to warm back up.
If you're feeling particularly bold, you can then take another slip down the Polar Bear Slide!
