Cause |
This is the fifth annual Miles for Mac event. Over the last two years the Miles for Mac team raised almost $40,000 Neuroblastoma research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. We are continuing to raise money for this underfunded, aggressive cancer childhood cancer. Our 2018 goal is $15,000. Let's go, team!

Who's Mac? |
Mac (MacAlister) was an energetic, rambunctious little boy from Red Hook, NY who, at 16 months of age, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma which, by then, had spread throughout his body. He underwent surgery, radiation, countless rounds of chemo and clinical trials but to no avail. He died on March 31, 2014 at only 2 years old. Mac is not alone; every 16 hours a child dies from neuroblastoma.
