Please Note

  • This is an Indiana Middle School Championship.

    As such, only student athletes who are enrolled in Grades (5), 6, 7, or 8 in a school located within Indiana's state boundaries may participate in the four Varsity competitions. This includes student athletes who are home-schooled, legally reside in the state of Indiana, and are currently at the 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th grade level. If a participant is found to not satisfy these requirements, they and their team will be disqualified.

  • 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade Runners:
    We allow 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade runners to participate in the Junior Varsity races, *provided they have exhibited the ability to finish the 3K distance in a timely and competitive manner. Parents/Coaches please use discretion when considering this option.*

    5th Grade Athletes may compete in the Varsity races, provided that they have competed for their school's Varsity team during the regular season.

  • Shirts:
    Soft goods are available for sale at the event; however, T-Shirts are NOT included with the price of registration.

  • Emergency Action Plan:
    In the event of lightning, all meet participants, coaches and spectators will be instructed to take shelter in their
    vehicles, therefore vehicles transporting participants, coaches and spectators are requested to remain at the event venue. In the event of a tornado siren alert, Northview buildings will be opened for shelter.
