Heats for May 20 start at 8:00 AM and have waves every 20 minutes until 12:40 PM (last wave).
Elite heat is at 8:00 AM.
Junior/Parent Gladiator heat is at 12:40 PM and is for kids ages 10-15 years old.

Heats for May 21 start at 9:00 AM and have waves every 20 minutes until 11:00 AM (last wave).
Elite heat is at 9:00 AM.
Junior/Parent Gladiator heat is at 11:00 AM and is for kids ages 10-15 years old.

Gladiator Assault Challenge and 5K Charge are for ages 16 and older.
All waves cap out at 200 people.
Spectators ages 12 and younger are free. Spectators ages 13 and older are $5 per person.
Parking is free.
Must show a valid id for packet pick up.
