Training for the Leadville Race Series "Race Across the Sky" 100-Mile Run on August 20 in Leadville, Colorado has given us many benefits beyond just the physical. Required to complete this 100-mile run in 30 hours or less at elevations of 9,200 to 12,600 feet, training for this race has certainly been the ultimate test of dedication and perseverance.

In addition to training for this legendary race, the QC Leadville 6 are proud to be raising money in support of two wonderful nonprofit organizations-the HAVlife(tm) Foundation and The SEAL-NSW Family Foundation. The HAVlife(tm) Foundation was established in honor of Hunter Aaron Vondran, and works to Prevent Lost Potential(tm) in youth ages 10 to 15 by funding the resources students need to pursue their musical aspirations and athletic goals. The SEAL-NSW Family Foundation raises awareness and funds for special programs in direct support of Naval Special Warfare (NSW) families on a local, national and global scale.
