Event Overview:
The event is back in its sixth year and promises to be bigger, faster, stronger and LOUDER! The 2016 Seahawks 12K Run will start and finish at The Landing in Renton, run along the Southeast shore of Lake Washington and offer participants a unique opportunity to run around the Seahawks training facility, the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

The event will also feature the GLOW 5K Run/Walk that will tour The Landing and surrounding Renton neighborhoods, as well as a Half-Mile Kids Run that will be completely contained within The Landing. Register now be a part of this unique event and spend the day with Blitz, the Sea Gals, Blue Thunder, Seahawks players and more!


Please note:
Vehicles parking in the parking structure or in the surface lots located near the event Start/Finish area (parking lot immediately north of Ross) need to arrive before 8:00 AM and will not be allowed to exit until after 11:30 AM.

Additional surface lot parking without time restriction is available at The Landing across the street in the parking lots to the north of Staples, PetSmart and Target.


FROM I-405 SOUTHBOUND TO EVENT SITE PARKING
- Traveling southbound on I-405, take Exit 5 (Park Ave. N/Sunset Blvd. NE)
- Take right fork onto NE Park Drive (NE Park Drive turns into Logan Ave. N)
- Continue traveling for approximately 0.5 miles
- Parking will be on your left

FROM I-405 NORTHBOUND TO EVENT SITE PARKING
- Traveling northbound on I-405, take Exit 5 (Sunset Blvd. NE/Issaquah)
- Turn left on NE Park Drive (NE Park Drive turns into Logan Ave. N)
- Continue traveling for approximately 0.5 miles
- Parking will be on your left
