• The Half Marathon and 10K start at 9:00 AM.
  
• The 5K starts at 9:20 AM.
  
• The 2K starts at 6:00 PM on Friday at 6:00 PM.
  
• Note: All 10K participants will be expected to have completed the course by Noon (when the roads are scheduled to re-open).
  
• All 5K participants will be expected to complete the course by 11:30 AM
  
• All Half-Marathon participants are expected to complete the course by 12:00 PM Noon.

• We will be using the Bib Tag disposable timing chip system again this year in the form of a sticker that comes attached to your bib number.
  
• The Get in Gear 10K, 5K and Half Marathon will use this timing system.
  
• (The 2K will have a clock at the finish line). Packets containing your bib number will be distributed on Friday, April 29 at Minnehaha Park from 12:00 PM Noon - 5:30 PM
  
• Packets may be picked up by friends and family members.
  

• Packets are ready for pick-up on Friday, April 29, 2016 from 12:00 Noon - 8:00 PM at Minnehaha Park, site of the Get in Gear events in Minneapolis.
  
• You may pick up someone's packet with proper information.

• Parking & Ride Options 7:00 AM start to 12:30 PM finish. [*]Get-In-Gear is providing a FREE park and ride shuttle service which will begin at the VAMC (Veterans Affairs Medical Center).
  

** There is no parking allowed at the Minnehaha Park on event morning.

** Vehicles are subject to being ticketed if parked in a no parking area.

** BE EARLY!!!

A courtesy bag drop will be provided for you at the bag drop tent near the t-shirt tent. Look for the flag banner or ask at Info tent to direct you.

• Water tables will be available at the start and finish of all of the events.
  
• One water stop is located at the 5K mark of the 10K course and adequate water stops with electrolyte fluid replacement drink will be placed on the half-marathon course.
  

• 10K, 5K & half-marathon finish times will be displayed, recorded, and complete results will be posted at our website by 6:00p.m. April 30th - race day.
  
• Finish times will be displayed at the finish for the 2K finishers. [*]No results will be posted on the website for the 2K.

[*]For the safety of your fellow participants, bicycles, inline skates, skateboards, headphones, earphones, and dogs are not allowed on the race course.

• Park at the VAMC and hop a bus over to Minnehaha Park for the morning.
  
• Your t-shirt may be picked up before or after events.
  
• Join in the pre-race aerobic warm-up session offered by staff of Lifetime Fitness-Highland Park.
  

• Hotel reservations can be made at the Hampton Inn in Eagan at a reduced fee including breakfast.
  
• Call (651) 688-3343 and ask for the Get-In-Gear event reduced fee.

We will have music playing throughout the morning at the park for your enjoyment.

• Lifetime Fitness Highland Park, located just across the Ford Bridge in St. Paul offers hot showers to any participant able to show their bib number as proof.
  
• Be prepared to fill out brief paperwork at the desk.
  

Entries are neither exchangeable or refundable.
