The Detlef Schrempf Foundation is proud to announce that proceeds of the F5 St. Patrick's Day Dash will go to selected Northwest children's charities.

It's easy and fulfilling to raise some green for charities in our community. You may choose to simply donate a 100% tax deductible donation, on top of your Dash registration fee, or join/start a fundraising team.

NOTE: Online registration deadlines apply for pick up locations. There is NO race day pick up.

Your office, running club and Facebook friends can all be a part of the fun at the F5 St. Patrick's Day Dash. Start or join a team to run, walk, jog or crawl!

Teams Sign Up Online:

• Click the "Register" button above
  
• Select the "Team Member Registration" and sign the waiver
  
• Enter the team registration code provided by your team captain
  
• Complete the registration form
  

• Must have 20+ participants. Leprechaun Lap registrations do not count toward team minimum.
  
• Team members may run in any of the four waves - timed or un-timed.
  
• Team members must sign up ONLINE only.
  
• $32 per-person entry fee (vs regular $35 per person online registration). 10% savings by forming a team!
  
• Special team registration code required (contact St Patrick's Day Dash for a code)
  
• Convenient Team Captain Packet Pick-up for your team members' materials
