We are thrilled to bring to you the 11th Annual Melissa Ridge Race! The Melissa Ridge Race is our only fundraiser to support Melissa students and teachers in 6th-8th grades. Last year, we were able to present our schools with almost $8,000!

Please join us for this fun and exciting event and help the Melissa Ridge Race grow as the needs of our students grow!

We are excited to bring you this opportunity for runners all over the Metroplex to enjoy our fresh country air and rolling hills - something cyclists have been doing for years.

The Melissa Ridge Race is a means to raise funds for our students in 6th through 8th grade. These funds will purchase much-needed educational items not provided for in the school district’s budget.

Melissa has undergone tremendous growth in recent years and with the establishment of an Intermediate/Middle School campus in 2009, often referred to as “The Ridge”, the time was right to create a support group dedicated to serve the unique needs of students in 6th through 8th grade, as well as the needs of their educators and administrators.

Early packet pick up will be held on Friday from 6-8 at the Melissa High School
