I hereby certify that I have carefully read, understand and agree to the Entry Form and the Terms and Conditions published by the Western & Southern Thanksgiving Day Race (TDR), including but not limited to information about risk, preparation, medical condition, authorization for assistance, the rules concerning the race, and the waiver and release of all claims. In consideration of the acceptance of my entry and my participation in the TDR, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns do hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless On Your Feet, llc., the Cities of Cincinnati, Covington and Newport, all sponsors, officials, volunteers, TDR staff, together with their subsidiaries, successors, heirs, contractors, subcontractors, directors, officers, agents, attorneys, and representatives from all claims of liabilities of any kind and character whatsoever, including, without limitation, for any claim of negligence and all liability for injuries to person or property suffered by me, arising from my participation in the TDR or any of its allied, post and pre-race activities, or accompanying events. By execution of this waiver, I assume all risks associated with my participation in this event, including, but not limited to falls and the effects of volunteers, staff, other participants, weather, traffic, and road conditions, defects and imperfections, and acknowledge and accept that all such risks are known and appreciated by me. I will not enter and run unless I am medically able and trained to do so. I consent and grant full permission to the use of my image or likeness in photos, video and audio recording, and film, of my participation in all TDR events.
