About The Carmel Marathon Championship Weekend |
Join us on Saturday, April 21, 2012, for the 2nd Annual Carmel Marathon Championship Weekend offering a marathon, half marathon, Championship Weekend 8k and the 1-Mile Family Fitness walk. All races will utilize the same start and finish line to allow crowds to line the streets and watch as the participants enjoy the specially chosen courses. All runners and walkers will receive a free pass to the Monon Community Center to enjoy the use of pools to relax after the race.

The top three awards for the Carmel Marathon, Carmel Half Marathon and Championship Weekend 8k will be presented during the Post Race Party in the Center Green at 11:00AM. Enjoy music with all your new running friends and honor the top finishers of 2012!

The Carmel Marathon Championship Weekend invites you to celebrate after your accomplishments! Enjoy your success and share your stories during our Post-Race Celebration located immediately south of the Palladium in the Center Green.

* Friday, April 20: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm
Participants will enjoy the newly built Monon Community Center at Central Park offering a 161-acre park featuring natural wetlands, lagoon, boardwalk and four miles of trails.
