The Lincoln Marathon will take place on Sunday, May 1, 2022. Along with packet pickup, the exposition (Expo) will be held on Friday April 29th and Saturday, April 30th in the Grand Ballroom of the Cornhusker Hotel, located at 333 South 13th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

A limited number of booths are available for this Expo, which will be from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Last year a large percentage of the runners and their guests went through our Expo, and we are offering you an opportunity to reserve one booth and participate in this great event. You may advertise and/or sell merchandise at this show.

A booth consists of an 8' x 8' area with back and side drapes, one 6' table and two chairs. The cost is $600 for the booth if you are selling merchandise, or only $325 for the booth if you are not. Additional costs are as follows: electricity is $100 and wired internet is $125. Please note that booths may be set up beginning at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 28th, or again at 6:00 a.m. on Friday, April 29th.

To ensure your spot, please complete your registration after you are provided with your passcode. As there is limited space, booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Registrations MUST be completed no later than April 1, 2022 to secure your booth.

The Lincoln Marathon and Half-Marathon will supply for each booth area a booth which consists of an 8' x 8' area with back and side drapes, one standard 6' table with front curtain and two chairs. If you require additional tables, the rental agency will supply these at an additional cost of $25.00 per table. No tables of belonging to exhibitors are allowed. Also, the exhibit must be confined to your booth area. Displays must be positioned so as not to obstruct or interfere with other exhibitors, extend into the aisle, nor impede traffic flow. No sales can be conducted in a non-sales booth area.

Location of the area assigned to the exhibitor will be made at the sole discretion of the Lincoln Marathon and Half-Marathon. Every effort will be made to comply with requests, however it is not guaranteed.

Exhibit rental fees less a $50.00 service charge are refundable upon receipt of written cancellation by Monday, April 6, 2022.

Except as set forth above, the exhibitor is responsible for the full rental fee in the event of cancellation after Monday, April 6, 2022, including but not limited to cancellation due to failure to arrive. The Lincoln Marathon and Half-Marathon and its sponsors shall not be liable for damage or loss to any exhibitor's properties caused by theft, fire, accident or other destructive cause. Exhibitors are strongly advised to carry their own insurance to cover exhibit material and public liability for personal injury and property damage. The Lincoln Marathon and Half-Marathon assumes no liability for any injury that may occur to visitors to the exhibition, to exhibitors or their agents and employees, or to others. Exhibitors waive all claims against the Lincoln Marathon and Half-Marathon, its employees or agents.

The Lincoln Marathon and Half-Marathon reserves the right to require changes in any exhibit which are detrimental to the exhibition, exhibit hall, other exhibitors or attendees. Failure to comply with request for changes will prohibit you from future rental of Expo booth space.

Exhibitors must confine their activities to the area for which they have contracted. The distribution of any material is restricted to their contracted area. The exhibitor agrees that NO sales will be conducted in a non-sales booth area. The exhibitor must comply with national, state, and local restrictions on merchandising, advertising and promotional activities undertaken by any exhibitor.

The rights conferred by this contract may not be transferred without the written consent of the Lincoln Marathon and Half-Marathon. Use of the words "Lincoln Marathon," "Lincoln Half-Marathon," "Lincoln Track Club," or the symbol "LTC," or the LTC logo by vendors on clothing or souvenir items without the written permission of the Lincoln Marathon and Half-Marathon is prohibited as a condition of participation in this Expo.
