Race Day Schedule |
You can run the race any time starting October 1st through October 31st. Take a photo and post it on FaceBook, Instagram, and Twitter using the hashtag #RunForTheSchools. If you're part of a team, don't forget to include that hashtag too! Register by midnight on September 30 and you're guaranteed a shirt to pick up on the weekend of October 17-18.

Shirt Pick-up |
T-shirt pick up is available if you registered by September 30th. This will be a drive-through t-shirt pick up.
We will hold t-shirt pick up on Saturday October 17th from 1-4 PM and Sunday October 18th from 1-4 PM at MidWestOne Bank in Coralville.

You may run the race ANYWHERE outside or inside on a treadmill form October 1st - October 31st.
