This event gives you the opportunity to see many of the vendors who support our industry and discover what's new. The vendor's exhibits open at 5:30 PM with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

Includes Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres.

$285 per table (through 10/13)
$325 per table (10/14 and later)

The Vendor Table rate includes one skirted table and one Expo pass. If additional passes are need they can be purchased at the Expo Pass rate.

Lodging - lodging this year will be onsite at the Avalon! They have 15 rooms available for $119 plus tax. The link to register for the rooms is below:

Event Sponsorship - $500 per company
Your firm's name & logo prominently displayed on a banner. Your choice of 2 Expo Passes OR 1 Vendor Table included. Additional attendees or tables at the rates listed above.

Bar Sponsorship - $150 per company
Your firm's name displayed at the bar for all to see your generous support

For those registering for a Vendor Table:

1.Fill out the Company Member's Info, select that you agree to the refund policy, and include your company name. Do not select the checkbox for Expo Registration.
2. To finish your registration, select the option for a Vendor Table.

If you wish to register and pay for an additional Expo Pass, Get Me Registered gives you the option and for this individual you will select the checkbox for Expo Registration.


For those registering as an Event Sponsor and selecting the two free passes:

1. Fill out the Company Member's Info, select that you agree to the refund policy, and include your company name. Do not select the checkbox for Expo Registration.
2. To register for your second pass, select YES that you wish to register a second attendee, enter their information and do not select the checkbox for Expo Registration for this individual.
