Recovery Month |
Join us to celebrate wellness & recovery!
Join the voices for recovery during CFR's 7th Annual Recovery & Wellness 5K run/walk. Together we can promote wellness and help raise awareness that recovery from mental health and substance use disorders is possible!
Individuals of all ages and abilities are invited to join us in celebration of the Recovery Month effort to raise awareness that behavioral health is essential to overall health, that prevention works, treatment is effective, and people can and do recover!

Things to Know |
The Recovery & Wellness 5K entry fee is $10.00. All participants will receive a t-shirt, chip timing, snacks and activities following the race!
Late or same-day registration is allowed; t-shirt sizes will be on a first come/first served basis.
Participants MUST be at check-in before 8:45 AM on September 7, 2019.
Leashed pets and strollers are welcome!
