The eleventh annual Copper Creek Triathlon will be held at Copper Creek Park in Pleasant Hill, Iowa.

Sprint
Swim: 750 meter swim in Copper Creek Lake
Bike: 20K out-and-back bike
Run: 5K out-and-back run

Olympic
Swim: 1500 meter swim in Copper Creek Lake
Bike: 40k out and back loop
Run: 10k out and back run

The official Athlete Guide will be emailed approximately seven days before the event. This PDF file will contain all information regarding packet pickup location, rules, start time, etc.

NOTE:
Teams will receive one email to the athlete who registered for the race.

Prizes

Cash prizes will be presented to the top 3 male and female athletes in both the Sprint and Olympic. Since we will be hosting two events, the money will be dispersed equally between the Sprint and Olympic as follows:

1st $500

2nd $200

3rd $125

Individuals and teams (Male, Female, and Co-ed) placing in the top 3 in their age group will receive non-cash prizes. Age Groups for awards will be designated as U19, 20-29, 30-39…. 60+

Special awards for the Bikini Bottom Fat Bike for fastest time and best dressed!

Awards Ceremony will be at Legends beginning at 11am. Sit back, relax and enjoy a complimentary Exile beer!

• Note: Athletes who race in Elite wave will not be eligible for age group prizes.
  

Registration Transfer Policy: No cash refunds are available for any reason.

Options: (1) Entry fees can be applied toward the 2018 event if written notice is received at least 30 days prior to the event; (2) An entry fee can be transferred to another athlete by contacting race directors with a written or email notice from the original registrant that is received 14 days prior to the event.

All transfers are subject to a $15 processing fee.
