Rib Run is back and will be better than ever! You already love Ribfest, which we heard just added a sweet hot air balloon glow/ride to their festivities; so why not come a bit earlier and throw down in an epic 5k run throughout Avon! The course is super fast, and the swag is just plain awesome! Athletes get the "Finger Lickin Fast" triblend tee shirt, and a custom die cast Rib Run medal! You'll also enjoy free tickets for food/drink at the Rifest. It's basically the perfect excuse to get great SWAG, and be able to eat even more. If the straight up 5k isn't a big enough challenge for you, we have also added a new division called the Sloppy Rib Run. In this division athletes will eat up to 5 ribs at EACH K! That's potentially 25 ribs consumed over a 5k course. For every Rib eaten we will take off 20 seconds total time. We will get to see whose the fastest runner with the biggest appetite. The Sloppy Rib Run division is limited so be sure to sign up early! The Hendricks County Rib Run will be a blast!
