25th Annual Dash for Dignity - Team Dashers

The 25th annual Dash for Dignity is a community-wide event, sponsored by Dallas Medical Center, that includes a timed 5K certified race throughout the flat streets of Farmers Branch, a 1 Mile Dignity Parade (in support of people with ALL ABILITIES), a Carnival and a Health Fair. Because the Dash is celebrating its quarter of a century birthday, the Dignity Parade, Carnival and Health Fair are FREE TO THE PUBLIC!

Dallas Medical Center is providing free cholesterol checks and will have booths that offer important health screening for the entire family. As always, Mike Doocy of Fox 4 Sports will be our master of ceremonies, broadcasting live. Look forward to food trucks, costume contests, live music, 5K awards, and finishing medals! We anticipate more than 1,000 attendees joining together in support of Achieve’s mission to empower adults with disabilities, and our veterans, to reach their highest level of independence and employment. Of course, the Dash will reach hundreds of thousands more thanks to our generous media partners and marketing efforts.
