Livestrong at the YMCA is a free exercise program for cancer survivors that helps them regain the strength and endurance that is often lost during treatment. As a LIVESTRONG coach, I have witnessed this program improve the lives of those with cancer. On March 4, I'll be riding in memory of my mom, JoAnn, and sister, Amy.
