Avondale Meadows YMCA - Not Just a Gym....

Hey there,

I am excited to merge two of my loves----Cycling and the YMCA. Without a doubt, the YMCA is "Not Just a Gym" to me. Instead, it is a group of amazing individuals from various walks of life serving the community that we call home.

Each day, you will see children gaining access to an early childhood education; Seniors regaining their youth and health in their Silver Sneakers classes, Teens expanding their knowledge about college and career readiness opportunities, old and new friends connecting over an early morning basketball game, and Millennials making an impact on and off the treadmill. Lives are being transformed physically, mentally,spiritually, and emotionally.

I am honored to be a Board Member for the Avondale Meadows YMCA, and serve as the Board Chair of the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Emerging Leaders Board. This is "Not Just a Gym"; this is a community...this is our community.
