Royal Race Day Schedule

7:15 - 9:15 AM:
Race-day registration and packet pick-up

9:00 AM: Prince & Princess Fun Run - 1/4 mile out and back fun run

9:30 AM:
Walk for Heroes and Highnesses - a Celebration Walk for families and friends to honor their heroes and highnesses with autism. Walking distance is less than 1/2 a mile and is designed to be a celebration, so show your royal spirit!

10:00 AM:
Royal Ball Run for Autism 5K and 5 Mile

11:30 AM:

Awards and Special Categories

Overall top Male & Female Finishers in both the 5K and 5Mile as well as 2nd and 3rd Overall.

Age Groups: 14 & under, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65-69, 70 & Over with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards for each age division.

Back this year:
The Eriksen’s Royal Challenge! Any female or male first place finisher that also breaks the male or female 5K race course record will receive a $250 cash prize! Male course record: 15:49 for men, 17:21 for women. We also have the Eriksen Chevrolet 5 mile Royal Record Challenge - a $250 cash prize for anyone who breaks the male or female course record for the 5 mile: 25:38 for men and 30:26 for women.

ALSO:
A $250 cash prize from Eriksen's for the any female or male first place 5 mile finisher that also breaks the male or female 5 mile course record. 25:38 for men, 30:26 for women.

Royally Cool Race Shirts

All 5K and 5 Mile participants along with Heroes & Highness Walk participants will receive a race shirt that yes, you'll want to wear again!

The MVP High School 5K Challenge

The MVP High School 5K Challenge, presented by MVP Auto Center, will award the top female and male high school 5K finishers with a $250 contribution to their school's Booster Club for cross country or track program needs. Plus, high school runners will pay just $15 per entry vs. the normal $25 entry fee or the $30 late entry fee. Enter Discount Code:Mvphs during online registration or sign up as an MVP runner during late registration! All MVP registrations will be verified. Good luck!

Please note: In order to accommodate our gracious hosts at the Milan HyVee and to ensure their 4th Street entrance is open as soon as possible, the trophy presentation will take place at 11:30 AM . The course itself, however, will remain open until that time to support our loyal (and royal!) walkers.

Proceeds from the Royal Ball Run for Autism will be used to support local autism programs and promote autism awareness in the Quad Cities area. To date, Royal Ball Run has donated over $250,000 to local autism program while also hosting special events and appearance to increase awareness and improve acceptance for those on the spectrum.
