Walker Homestead and Lubben Vineyards and Wines are collaborating with GreenState Foundation to raise money for the North Liberty Community Pantry and the Coralville Food Pantry.

The 5K Vintner's (run-walk-crawl) is on a groomed course around the Walker Homestead Farm with fire pits, smores and local wine samples along the route to keep your warm , ending in the vineyard with a celebration mimosa and farm breakfast.

Registration start times are spread across the morning (limit to a count of 17 every 5 minutes from 10AM to noon) to give ample space for your bubble to enjoy the morning outing on the farm and at each wine tasting station with wines from Lubben Vineyards & Wines and Walker Homestead:
Mile 1: White Wine
Mile 2: Red Wine
Mile 3: Mimosa and farm breakfast in the vineyard with live music

Also included with purchase of ticket is a neck gaiter and silicone collapsible wine glass.

The Walker Homestead Vintner's Run 2022 is presented by the GreenState Credit Union. All proceeds will be going to the Coralville Community Food Pantry and the North Liberty Community Pantry.

The Coralville Community Food Pantry is an anti-hunger nonprofit organization providing critical and innovative food assistance services to the greater Coralville community. We believe that food is a human right and that food has the power to bring people together. Our vision is to build a stronger, healthier, and hunger-free Coralville community. Funds from the Vintner's Run will be used to support our efforts to purchase and distribute locally grown fresh produce.

North Liberty Community Pantry exists to engage our community in feeding and clothing our neighbors. We believe everyone has the right to be free from hunger and have access to healthy, nutritious choices. We serve Johnson County residents by offering food, clothing, baby items and toiletries, with dignity and respect. Funds from the Vintner's Run will support our mission in serving the needs of our neighbors. Each $1 raised can purchase 5 pounds of food, or provide a family with toiletries for a week, or clothe a neighbor in need.
