Swim, bike and run! Great River Medical Center and Team Beast will host the 6th Annual Burlington Youth Triathlon featuring chip timing. Certified lifeguards will be in the pool. A bike helmet is required at all times while on the bike. No drafting is allowed. A water station will be located near the transition area. Parents will be allowed into transition prior to the race.

• Participant age group is now based upon day of race
  
• Teams will compete with the individuals in their age group and at those particular distances.

5:30 PM: Site orientation / youth clinic (30 - 45 min)
6:00 - 7:00 PM: Registration / Packet Pick Up.

Sunday, June 22 - Race Day (RAIN or SHINE)
7:00 - 8:15 AM: Packet Pick Up
8:00 AM: Transition Opens
8:40 AM: Transition Closes
8:45 AM: Pre-Race Meeting
9:00 AM: Race Start (staggered by age group)
Post race Fun, Food, and Awards!

Participant age group is based upon day of race.

7-8 Year Olds:
50yd swim - 1.5mi bike - 1/4mi run

9-11 Year Olds:
100yd swim - 2mi bike - 1/2mi run

12-14 Year Olds:
200yd swim - 3mi bike - 1mi run

Team:
The teams will run the same distances as the age group in which the teams are classified (age according to oldest participant).
