5K and 1-Mile Run
Race registration, check-in, start and finish are all near the Ely Community Center. Please note that Rowley Street will be closed between State and Main Streets the entire day for the races and other Fall Fest Events.

Kickball and Cornhole Tournaments
The tournament will be held at Ely City Park located at 1635 Hillcrest Street just off of Dows Street in Ely.

Except for golf carts, no vehicles will be allowed in the park. Note that other Fall Fest events will also be taking place within the park - please drive carefully! Coolers are allowed. No glass is allowed. Please bring your own lawn chairs. Help keep our park clean, leave no trace. For your enjoyment food and drinks will be for sale at our BBQ stand.

Road Races
6:30 - 7:45 a.m.: Race Day Registration
8:30 a.m.: 5K Race
9:30 a.m.: 1-Mile Fun Run
10:30 a.m.: Kiddie Dash for kids 8 and under. (No registration is required and there is no entry fee.)

Tournaments
10:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Team captains will be emailed the final brackets prior to the tournament. All teams are expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to the first scheduled game to hear the reading of the official rules and regulations. Good sportsmanship is expected of ALL players!

5K Race
Trophies will be awarded to the top male and female finishers and medals to top three finishers in each age division. (The top male and female finishers will not receive medals in addition to their trophies.)

An awards ceremony will be held at 10:00 AM near the Ely Community Center.

1-Mile Fun Run/Walk
Ribbons will be given to all participants under 12 and medals to top three finishers in each age division.

Cornhole Tournament
Competition is 2 out of 3 with double elimination. Cash payout going to 1st and 2nd place teams.

Kickball Tournament
Trophies will be awarded to the first, second and third place teams. Competition is double elimination.

Junior Open Tennis Tournament
1st & 2nd place trophies will be awarded in each age division. (12 & Under Singles, 14 & Under Singles, 16 & Under Singles, 18 & Under Singles)

An awards ceremony will be held at the tennis court concluding each age division final.

Race Packet pick up will be Friday September 27th from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Ely Community Center.

All participating runners will be eligible for door prizes. Winners will be posted at approximately 9:15 am and prizes need to be claimed by noon. You must have your race number to claim door prize.

Shirts for race day registrants will be ordered following the event. Race day registrants requesting a shirt will be notified when their shirt is available and the registrant will be responsible for picking up their shirt at the Ely Community Center during normal business hours.
