This fourth annual event was voted best of the series by Stride participants in 2012. It features something for everyone - a 2-mile walk, 5K run, or a challenging duathlon (5K run, 17-mile bike ride, 2.2-mile run), all beside one of the area's most scenic lakes. Proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge.

-All events begin at 8:00 a.m. EST
-Free t-shirt to all pre-registered participants (shirts available on race day in limited quantities and sizes)
-Refreshments provided
-Race 8 of 12 in the County-Wide Stride run/walk series

All events will begin at the Lake Linville Park & Recreational area. From I-75 exit 62, follow Richmond St./N. Wilderness Rd. to Lake Linville Rd. Follow approximately 1.9 miles.
