8:00 am (Registration Opens: 7:00 am)
Location:
WDM City Hall (4200 Mills Civic Parkway)
Packet Pick Up:
Runners can pick up their packets at the West Des Moines Running Room (6305 Mills Civic Parkway) at the following times:
Thursday, May 16th and Friday, May 17th from Noon until 7:00pm
Or on race day at the race site starting at 7:00am
Timing & Race Results:
Runners will receive a timing chip at check in for run times. Race results will be posted on line.
Goodies!
The first 200 to register are guaranteed a CamelBak water bottle and shirt. Post-race festivities will provide participants with good eats and fun!

Run Details |
The routes will take advantage of the beautiful West Des Moines trails system, with a scenic 5K and 10K route for runners and walkers. Start and finish will be at the WDM City Hall.

Overall male and female awards will be given as well as age group male and female awards in the following age groups:
9 and under
19-10
29-20
39-30
49-40
59-50
51 and over
