Race day registration and packet pick-up: 6:30AM - 7:30AM
Race starts at 8:00 AM
The race is approximately 3 miles through Hickory Hill Park. Start and finish will be on the Regina track. This is a very challenging and scenic cross country course. Expect steep hills, rocks, overhanging trees, creeks, mud, stumps, and tall grass!

After 4/07 through race day - $25
The first 300 entrants are guaranteed a RSF Water Bottle or Drawstring Backpack!

Awards and Age Groups |
Approximately 9:00 AM at Regina Track (same location as packet pick up)
* Overall male and female winners and age group winners receive a handmade shamrock trophy, graciously donated by The Grounding Stone, Davenport, IA.
Age Groups: 14 & UNDER, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & OVER

Results will only be posted at the track once all competitors have finished.

Red Shamrock Foundation |
Red Shamrock Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity, organized to support patients and families who have been through cancer treatment. Begun in 2011, Red Shamrock Foundation raises awareness for the unique health care needs of post cancer patients, and works to support survivorship programs and post cancer research in Iowa.
