$40.00 for the next 2,000 entrants (4001-6000)
$45.00 for the last 2,000 entrants (6001-8000)

*5 Kilometer Run at 9:15 AM
$25 for the first 1,500 entrants (1-1500)
$30 for the next 1,500 entrants (1501-3000)

20K course from Saylorville Dam to Western Gateway Park rated one of the best routes in the Midwest. 5K course tours downtown Des Moines with wonderful views of the State Capitol. Youth courses are perfect the distance for younger Dam runners, finishing just like the 20K and 5K runners.
