International Lincoln Presidential Half Marathon

Course |
The tag-timed course will start in front the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum and finish on the campus of St. John's Hospital. Runners will start the race heading south on Sixth Street, pass the Old State Capitol, then veer over to the Lincoln Home site, head back downtown and towards the State Capitol, wind their way to Washington Park, loop through the park and exit on Lincoln Avenue.
After heading north for more than a mile on Lincoln, runners will head back to the east and over to the Oak Ridge cemetery, where they will pass the Lincoln Tomb. For Abe's Amble veterans, there will some familiar terrain as the course loops through Lincoln Park before heading south to St. John's.

The Lincoln Presidential strongly encourages online registration and hence there are no additional fees for doing so.
Event Shirts |
- Every participant entered by March 24 will receive a quality wicking t-shirt.
- Shirts may be available after this date, but the availability and choice of size are not guaranteed.
- Shirts and awards must be claimed at the event.
Awards |
Overall award to the top male and female finisher in the open and master divisions; five year age group awards with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards for each age group.
Race Circuits |
The Lincoln Presidential is a Points Series race for the SRRC, Lake Run Club, and Starved Rock Club.
