Impossible Possibilities St. Patrick's Day 5K Festival

Impossible Possibilities will host its 4th Annual St. Patrick's Day-5K Festival.
Hours: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Additional Information:

• The 4th Annual Festival features a 5k run/walk, 1-mile kids' race, live Texas Country music, sponsor expo, kid zone, food and beverages.
  
• The Festival raises funds to support student education in the DFW area.
  
• The course will start and finish at the Trinity Park Trails.
  
• Entry fee for non-runners is $5. Entry is free to those participating in the 1-mile or 5K races. Entry is free to children under five years of age.
  
• Kid Zone with feature bounce houses, an obstacle course, face painting and other activities!
  
• Kid Zone and Sponsor Expo open from 2:00 to 6:00 PM
  
• Runners' Corner with provide participants with complimentary refreshments after the conclusion of the race. Runners must have race bib to enter Runners' Corner.
  
• Center Stage will feature live Texas Country music. The opening performer will kick off the Festival from 2:00-3:25 p.m., followed by the headliner from 4:00-5:00 p.m. and 5:30-6:00 p.m. after the conclusion of the Scholarship Presentation.
  

Event Day Schedule:
1:30 PM: Kids' 1-mile check-in, same-day registration
1:30 PM: 5k Race check-in, same-day registration
3:30 PM: Kids' Race starts
3:40 PM to 3:50 PM: Sponsor Announcements
3:50 PM to 3:55 PM: Invocation
3:55 PM to 4:00 PM: National Anthem
4:00 PM: 5K Race/Walk starts
5:00 PM to 5:30 PM: Scholarship Presentation

Please Note:
RunFAR will use the new disposable road racing timing system created by ChronoTrack Systems. The peel-off, disposable portion of the participant's bib becomes a tag that runners attach to their shoes. Participants no longer have to register their timing chips or have them removed at the Finish Line!

The 1-Mile kids' race will be timed.

Race Day registrations are not guaranteed a T-shirt.
